Yoga Retreat - with Jim Harrington
Bushmans Kloof, hidden away in the magical Cederberg Mountains, was revered by the Bushmen from the beginning of time, offering a place where they could connect with the rhythms of nature and communicate with the world of spirits.
This extraordinary environment is therapy in itself – the sacred energy and the awe inspiring surroundings will calm your mind, cleanse your body and renew your spirit while Jim Harrington, internationally recognised IYA (Yoga Alliance) Teacher Trainer with 19 years’ experience, leads you through yoga classes.
This is a weekend for you – a retreat where you spend time away from your usual way of being. This means that you do not have to feel obliged to chat or interact with the rest of the group. If you want quiet time to walk, read or sleep or do whatever you feel like, then go for it. The weekend is all yours. We only request that guests be on time for the morning walk, meditation and yoga sessions so that we do not miss the beautiful sunrise.
In the interests of fully experiencing the natural serenity within you and around you, it is suggested the group practice being silent for part of the weekend. The wide open spaces of the Cederberg have a way of making one feel very comfortable in silence.
Our suggested lodge programme is devised to ensure maximum benefit and relaxation, please ensure that you have booked your spa treatments at time of accommodation reservation. Click here to book
