Rates Include:

Accommodation (maximum 4 adults and 4 children) and all meals (Afternoon Tea, Dinner, Breakfast, Morning Tea and Lunch), all beverages – local spirits, mixers, fruit juice, cool drinks, beer, selection of wine, and sparkling wine, room service, laundry and valet, a variety of enriching and exhilarating lodge activities including nature drives, guided rock art excursions, botanical walks, canoeing, archery, fly fishing, hiking, swimming and all other Koro Lodge activities for the family and children. Complimentary WIFI and welcome drink. Private Hostess, Chef and Guide allocated for the duration of stay.

Rates Exclude:
Spa treatments, telephone, facsimile, specialised dining options at Kadoro or in the reserve, Trading Post purchases, gratuities, air and road transfers & any babysitting that might be required.

Allow between two and a half to three hours’ scenic drive from Cape Town (270km) via the Pakhuis Pass (40km).

AIR TRANSFER
Air transfers are available from Cape Town.   

  • Private airstrip: 1200m gravel service - complimentary 20 minute transfer to the lodge.
  • Approximately 60 minutes' flying time from Cape Town International Airport.
  • Distance 117.6 NM, Co-Ordinates S: 32º 02' 00" / E: 19º 02' 32"

TERMS, RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • All rates are quoted rack in ZAR (SA Rand) and are subject to change
  • Accommodation and transfers are subject to availability
  • Rates are quoted, per night, for the private use of Koro Lodge & include 14% VAT
  • Accommodation is payable six weeks prior to date of arrival
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of date of arrival, 50% of full accommodation payable
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of date of arrival, 100% of full accommodation payable
  • Minimum 2 night stay on weekends – Friday and Saturday
  • Minimum 3 night stay during Peak / Festive Season
  • Children of all ages welcome
  • No pets allowed
  • Check-in on day of arrival is at 15h30; Check-out on day of departure is at 10h30
  • Lunch is not included on day of arrival and day of departure
  • Pilot/Guide accommodation allocated at Lodge discretion and is charged at R1500 per person per night (Main Lodge)
  • Koro Lodge is non-smoking
  • Lodge Main gate closes at 17h00
  • Flights quoted on request. Comp transfers to and from the Lodge airstrip
  • All road and air transfer rates are subject to change without notice
  • Transfers: Departure from Cape Town no later than 15h00 and departure from Lodge no earlier than 10h00 – beyond these times, surcharges apply
  • Chauffer drive transfers are available on a first come first served basis only
