Clanwilliam Cedar Tree and Seed Planting Event

Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve & Wellness Retreat, is once again co-hosting the annual Clanwilliam Cedar Tree event, which takes place at Heuningvlei in the Cederberg Wilderness. This marks the 12th year that Bushmans Kloof has supported this conservation and community initiative, in association with Cape Nature. Other participants include the Wildflower Society, the local Branch of the Botanical Society and the Cederberg Conservancy, as well as local schools. Support us by helping to plant the seeds and trees and enjoy a delicious lunch sponsored by Bushmans Kloof.

Speaker’s Corner at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa Anita Meyer & Jeannie Hayward – The Cape Leopard Trust

Come and listen to the entertaining and insightful presentations delivered by Anita and Jeannie at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa. They both worked as a team, have MSc in Zoology and have been conducting research with the trust for 2 years. Jeannie’s PhD is underway on Boland leopards with the CLT while Anita will continue with surveys and additional lab-based leopard work.
