TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The spa packages are based on a 2-night stay
• BLOCK OUT DATES: 18 December 2009 – 6 January 2010, 30 March – 5 April 2010
• This package cannot be combined with any other special offers or special packages offered by Bushmans Kloof.
• Rates are quoted in ZAR and are subject to change
• Rates are quoted per person sharing and include 14% VAT
• Minimum 2-night stay over weekends (Friday and Saturday)
• Pre-booking of spa treatments is essential, otherwise cannot be guaranteed
• Accommodation is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, 50% of the accommodation total is payable
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation total is payable
• Check-in is from 14h00 on day of arrival; Check-out is at 12h00 on day of departure. Lunch is not included on day of arrival or departure
