TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The wellness packages are based on 2 and 3 night stays
- BLOCK OUT DATES: 18 December 2009 – 6 January 2010, 30 March – 5 April 2010
- This package cannot be combined with any other special offers or special packages offered by Bushmans Kloof.
- Rates are quoted in ZAR and are subject to change
- Rates are quoted per person sharing and include 14% VAT
- Minimum 2-night stay over weekends (Friday and Saturday)
- Pre-booking of spa treatments is essential, otherwise cannot be guaranteed
- Accommodation is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date, 50% of the accommodation total is payable
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation total is payable
- Check-in is from 14h00 on day of arrival; Check-out is at 12h00 on day of departure. Lunch is not included on day of arrival or departure
- Please note that all rooms and suites are non-smoking
- Children 10+ welcome at the full adult rate
- No pets allowed
- Pilot / Guide accommodation allocated at lodge discretion
