Our dedicated wedding coordinator with be delighted to assist in the arrangements of hair and make-up, spa treatments, photography, music, ceremony and reception venue and all menu requirements. Your Special Day includes: The Wedding will take place at your choice of one of our beautiful locations at the lodge or in the reserve. (weather permitting) Bouquet of African Indigenous flowers for the bride and a buttonhole for her groom. Wedding Cake designed by our talented pastry chef for 4 people. A romantic rose petal turndown with South African Sparkling Wine. A set of His & Hers Bath Sheets with Embroidered Initials Our Minister handles all the marriage documents (Bridal couple deals directly with the Minister). The Initial interview with the Minister, all legal arrangement and certificate of marriage. The Day after – A Time to Relax: Take this time to reflect on your special day with either breakfast in bed or out at one of our spectacular locations in the reserve (weather permitting) Rates are R6 425 per wedding couple for the above inclusions and is added to the accommodation rate. A minimum of 2 nights is applicable.

The accommodation rate includes:

• Luxury accommodation
• All meals (Full English breakfast, light a la carte lunch, afternoon high tea and a la carte dinner)
• A variety of enriching and exhilarating lodge activities including nature drives, guided rock art excursions, botanical walks, canoeing, archery, fly fishing, hiking, swimming, special interest presentations (birding, stargazing, entomology, social responsibilities and rock art) or merely relaxing

The accommodation rate excludes:

• All beverages unless specified
• Spa treatments
• Accommodation for the minister (if required)
• Transfers to and from the lodge
• Trading Post purchases
• Laundry and valet

• This package is applicable to the wedding couple only – all extra guests will be charged at the published rates.
• This package cannot be combined with any other special offers or special packages offered by Bushmans Kloof.
• Rates are quoted in ZAR (SA Rand) and are subject to change
• Rates quoted nett and non-commissionable
• Rates quoted above exclude accommodation
• Accommodation is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, 50% of full accommodation is payable
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, 100% of full accommodation is payable
• Check-in is from 14h00 on day of arrival; Check-out is at 12h00 on day of departure. Lunch is not included on day of arrival or departure
• Please note that all rooms and suites are non-smoking
• Children 8 -15 years are accommodated on the children’s supplement rate when sharing with parents in a deluxe room or suite.
• No pets allowed
• Pilot / Guide accommodation allocated at lodge discretion
