TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This package is based on a 3-night stay in a suite or supreme suite
• Rates are quoted in ZAR (SA Rand) and are subject to change
• Rates are quoted per person sharing and include 14% VAT
• This package cannot be combined with any other special offers or special packages offered by Bushmans Kloof.
• Minimum 2 night stay over weekends (Friday and Saturday)
• Minimum 3 night stay over Christmas and New Year
• Accommodation is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, 50% of full accommodation is payable
• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, 100% of full accommodation is payable
• Check-in is from 14h00 on day of arrival; Check-out is at 12h00 on day of departure. Lunch is not included on day of arrival or departure
• Please note that all rooms and suites are non-smoking
• Children 10+ welcome at the full rate
• No pets allowed
• Pilot / Guide accommodation allocated at lodge discretion
