The highly acclaimed Relais & Châteaux lodge has 16 spectacular guest rooms and suites, combining beautiful finishes with South African-colonial, and ethnic art and furnishings. Just 270kms from Cape Town, this ecological oasis of open plains, rock pools and waterfalls set amongst landscapes of staggering rock formations, has a spirit and mystical beauty that gently soothes and rejuvenates, leaving one feeling at peace and restored.

Bushmans Kloof has consistently received world-wide recognition for its exceptional dedication to preserving the natural beauty of the 7500 hectare reserve that provides a predator and malaria-free sanctuary to many endangered species of flora and fauna. As a South African Natural Heritage Site with over 130 ancient San rock art sites in the reserve, Bushmans Kloof is is renowned as one of the world's largest open air rock art galleries.

Here an inspiring holistic healing and wellness focus has been introduced, with additional facilities and spa/wellness programmes to enhance this special experience, allowing guests to make their stay one of discovery, enrichment and indulgence.

KORO LODGE

‘Open vistas’ in the San language, is a farmhouse in the heart of the reserve that has been renovated and transformed into a spectacular, private villa with stunning views. This privately catered for family destination welcomes children all-year round, combining the ultimate luxury with the wonders of nature, to offer a complete adventure wilderness experience for families and groups of friends.

The Bushmans Kloof menu showcases Contemporary Cape Cuisine – freshly prepared dishes using the finest quality natural ingredients, local produce, and home-grown organic fruit and vegetables freshly picked from our very own gardens, and served in a variety of breathtaking locations. The indigenous Rooibos and other fynbos plants are artfully added into select dishes to reflect the eclectic flavours of this region, providing a delightful taste profusion of gastronomic, healthy and home-style comfort foods.

Weddings can range from 2 to 32 people and our personal wedding planner will guide you through every requirement and need. Special packages for Wedding groups, Bridal or Honeymoon couples are available.
