There exists a vacancy for a temporary Receptionist at Bushmans Kloof.
The position is available for fixed term from 01 August 2016 to 31 January 2017.
- The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly presentable and excellent computer skills.
- The candidate must have had previous experience in a similar environment.
- Candidates will be expected to do a wide range of duties in the Front Office.
- Answering of telephones
- Compiling of daily and monthly reports
- Assisting with sales in the Trading Post
- Assisting with all guest inquiries and bookings
- Liaising between all the different departments at the Lodge regarding guest needs.
These duties will include:
Experience on Opera will be highly advantageous.

- Commission on all sales in The Trading Post
- Market related salary

Candidates will be expected to work a 24 day on and 8 day off work cycle.
