Our annual Guest Chef series goes international with Gerard Coughlin, Executive Chef at Red Carnation hotel member The Chesterfield Palm Beach in Florida/USA, and is set to add a touch of Americana to Bushmans Kloof Wilderness Reserve Wellness Retreat.
Coughlin grew up in Florida and joined The Chesterfield Palm Beach as Sous Chef in 2004, having worked for some of Palm Beach’s top restaurants. He was consequently promoted to Executive Chef in 2007, a position he has held ever since.

Executive Chef Gerard will host a Guest Chef weekend at Bushmans Kloof and two dinner events, one at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa (Cape Town) and the second at The Oyster Box (Umhlanga Rocks). and The Oyster Box.
